Calon ADHD Project CAP-CIC
The Project in a Nutshell:
The Calon ADHD Project (CAP) Summer Program 2024 provides a safe, inclusive space for young people with ADHD/ADD. It offers activities promoting physical well-being, emotional resilience, and social connection, fostering personal growth and self-esteem through workshops and support networks.
Why This Matters:
The program benefits young people with ADHD/ADD and their families in Swansea. It provides participants with opportunities to build self-confidence, form supportive networks, and thrive within their community. It fosters inclusive connections, promotes environmental stewardship, and caters to the unique needs of vulnerable individuals. The program’s activities, such as boxing, climbing, arts and crafts, yoga, and surfing, help improve mental health, prevent isolation, and raise confidence, ensuring participants can lead fulfilling lives.
